RESPONSIBILITY – LeadHERship Revolution, through Group Programs, 1:1 Coaching, Retreats, and FaceBook Group will provide coaching support to the Client to achieve their desired results and outcomes.
The client is solely responsible for the cause and outcomes that result from any coaching received and accepts full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action.
LeadHERship Revolution will work with the Client to identify solutions and offer suggestions and advice based on coaching experience, training and other appropriate information. The Client, by signing this Coaching Agreement, agrees and acknowledges that LeadHERship Revolution is not a licensed professional, but holds a transformational coaching certification.
CONFIDENTIALITY – LeadHERship Revolution will not divulge that the Client is in a coaching relationship without express consent. The Client is free to discuss their coaching relationship with an outside party but is not to share private information of any other participants in any of the Coaching Programs.
SCHEDULING – All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between the Client and LeadHERship Revolution. If for any reason the Client cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session, they are fully responsible for informing LeadHERship Revolution within (24) hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeited. The client is responsible for rescheduling the session via the scheduling tool, text or email.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – If the Client wishes to cancel the agreement and/or installment payments within 5 business days before the start of the program, there will be no refund, and the Client will be responsible for the remaining installment plans if applicable. There is an option to apply the original agreed amount of services to a future LeadHERship Revolution Program, with the consent and approval of LeadHERship Revolution, and used within 6 months of cancelation.
NOTICE of CANCELLATION – All notices of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to leadhershiprevolution@gmail.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date on which the cancellation is received by LeadHERship Revolution. No refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows.
TERMS of COACHING – The Coaching Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing Coaching for several sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.
PAYMENT PLANS – If any installment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the (7) days, and all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited, and full payment will apply. If the Client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Program and the Cancellation Policy will apply. The Client is responsible for any N.S.F. or credit card decline that result in a penalty.
PROGRAM CHANGES – The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY – All LeadHERship Revolution materials are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights and may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
INDEMIFICATION – The Client understands that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is their own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.
AGREEMENT SECTION – By entering into a Coaching Agreement with LeadHERship Revolution, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
